The Fetus formerly known as the Tadpole #10

Questions, questions, questions...
I'm thinking of getting a t-shirt printed with the answers to the most commonly-asked questions about my pregnancy and the little guy. It might look like this:

I certainly don't mind the questions. I love talking about myself, after all. But I do get excited when somebody asks me a question I haven't heard before. Like my friend's husband Gav, who asked, "Do you feel the way you expected to at 6 months?"
Amongst the standard questions about due date, gender, movement and health, there's been:
"Should you be doing that?"
This one has popped up on several occasions, such as when I'm kneeling in front of a filing cabinet, drinking coffee and running at slightly-faster-than-walking pace. But my favourite F.A.Q. is:
"Look at you! Have you grown since yesterday?"
To which the only correct answer, based on what I know about cell division and the reproductive system, is, "Yes".

  1. I must say I agree with people who tell you not to kneel in front of a filing cabinet, drink coffee and ru.... oh. You don't mean all at once.

    Go right ahead.

  2. I am going to get myself one of those t-shirts. It wont say exactly the same as yours - in fact, I think mine will say, 'Its not a puppy'
