This week, I are bin mostly cravin'...
Shepherd's pie. With nutmeg.

After a weekend of rich food and road-trip snacks while visiting my Forster Family (that is, the part that lives in Forster, NSW) for my auntie's 70th birthday, I'm hankering for some home-made stodge. And who does home-made stodge better than Delia Smith? Nobody.

Delia's recipe for Shepherd's pie (I add a pinch of nutmeg to the mince).
